How can I get support?

Do you include training?

We currently have over 140 video tutorials, with more course being added weekly. We also include resource videos and documents on many of the individual plugins and themes, with more being added every week.

How often are Plugins/Themes updated?

With several hundred plugins and themes it’s a hefty task to keep everything bang up to date, we do have a support team who take care of checking for updates, but if we have missed any please let us know via the support email and we will update it as soon as possible.

Do you have an affiliate program?

Yes, you can get the full details of how to sign up for our affiliate program from the “Affiliate Partners” link in the header menu.

What license is included with the plugin/themes?

You get full developers license, so you can use the themes/plugins on all of your own sites AND your clients sites.

How can I access my purchases?

You can access your membership either by clicking on the “Login” link in the header menu, or by typing https://dev.wptoolkit.com/members/login/ in to your browser address bar.
